External Consultants
NeoConsult have lately met an increased demand for skilled and competent consultants. We have decided to expand our pool of external consultants/freelancers.

As a consultant you will primarily be put to work at external customers, but also be educated in our own software, so we can have a larger pool of resources when our next large international NeoConsult Telecoms projects takes off.

NeoConsult are aiming at being recognized as a “get the right job done” company.
A “NeoConsultant” strives to understand the customers need and design the right solution.
So “getting a job done” is not sufficient in our book!

We do not use seniority as the leading parameter to describe skills.
We recognize that a long experience with a tool can have a lot to say, but we look for the nerd factor.
And we have seen again and again, that a 3 year experienced developer, can beat a 15 year experienced developer, if the nerd factor is in play.

You are a problem solving nerd, that can take a proactive role in a customer driven project.
You are good....very good, but you are still able to do well in teams and you are not afraid of taking the lead.
Your main concern when you are on a customer project is bringing lasting value.
You are professional and loyal in your interaction to the customer.
You are reliable and rock steady as a person.
You are skilled to the degree of specialist or expert in your technology platform.(one or more of the above mentioned technologies)

All external consultants are screened like future employees. Before you are sent out with a NeoConsult badge you will have been to 1-3 job interviews.
