Prevention of project failure

No project thrives without predefined process descriptions: far too many IT projects fail because of sloppy agreements, unconfirmed expectations and misunderstood requirements. NeoConsult prevents these failures by using a detailed delivery process. The purpose of the comprehensive delivery process is to make sure that the customer and the supplier share the same expectations to the delivery – and to ensure that whether or not a delivery lives up to expectations is clearly measurable.

Projects are typically commenced as a reaction to changing market demands or to increase efficiencies. A project can be initiated either by the customer alone or by the customer in cooperation with NeoConsult.

The delivery is led by IPMA-certified project managers, who report to the project organisation and to the steering committee on an ongoing basis.
